All artwork remains the intellectual property of Whitney MacKay. Purchasing an original or print does not grant the right to reproduce, distribute, or alter the artwork.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship worldwide. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping to the contiguous U.S. and Canada. Shipping costs for other destinations may vary.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of original artwork, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Custom commissions are non-refundable once the project has begun.

Payment & Pricing

All transactions are processed securely. Prices are listed in CAD, and no sales tax is charged.

Commission Policy

I love creating custom pieces! If you’re interested in a commissioned painting, please fill out the request form on our Commissions page.

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work.

• Turnaround time varies by piece.

• There are no limits on revisions.

• The final payment must be made before shipping or pickup.

Damages & Issues

If your artwork arrives damaged, please email artbywhitneymackay@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and provide a replacement if necessary.
